Karen Buss

Karen L. Buss, age 67, crossed over into heaven on Tuesday, July 5, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer and long-term health issues.  Karen is survived by her husband of 36 years, Steven Buss; sons, William Buss of Madison, WI, Michael Buss of Wittenberg, WI, Daniel (Tammy) Lentz of West Bend, WI; and sister, Cindy (Anthony) Blazek of Lodi, WI.  Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Shirley Larson; and her three brothers, Virgil Larson, Roger Larson, and David Larson.

Karen worked for Meriter Hospital and Agrace Hospice as a CNA for many years, as well as owning and operating her own cleaning service, ABC Cleaning, for several years.  Karen had a love and passion for quilting and even owned her own custom quilting and finishing service, “Karen’s Kwilting”.

Karen was known for her unique laugh and vivacious personality.  She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

A memorial service will be held at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 700 E. Mill Street, Beaver Dam, WI 53916, #920-885-3536, on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022. A visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. and funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m.  A time of refreshments and fellowship will follow.
