Kathleen "Kathy" M. Plehn

Stoughton – Kathleen M. “Kathy” Plehn, age 80, passed away on Tuesday September 17, 2024, at Skaalen in Stoughton. She was born April 22, 1944, to the late Wilfred and Agnes (Schindhelm) Winters. Kathy graduated from Marquette University College of Nursing, and earned her master’s degree in nursing from University of Pennsylvania. She was a nurse practitioner teacher at MATC in Madison for many years. She loved to collect Hummel items and traveled around the world to get them. Kathy enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Kathy is survived by her children Lisa (Peter) Plehn Langlotz and son Scott (Tammy) Plehn; grandchildren Cody (Sarah) Hora, Samantha (Mitchael) Beckwith, Amanda, Donald, Ashley, and Chaise; and great grandchild Bentley Beckwith, sister Marlene Werra; and is further survived by many other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Gerald Winters.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday September 21, 2024, at Skaalen Home Chapel, 400 N. Morris St. Stoughton with Fr. Randy Budnar presiding. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until the service at Skaalen on Saturday.
