Stoughton- Our extraordinary mother, wife, grandmother and friend, F. Kay Mattison, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2008 in her home in Stoughton, cared for by her family. She is survived by Michael Mattison, her husband of 41 years; her son, Charles (Kathy (nee Asleson)) Mattison; her daughter, Sarah (Mickey) Mattison Buhl; her grandchildren, Samuel, Chloe and Robinson; and her brother, Charles (Marsha) Schaeffer. She was preceded in death by her mother, Frances Schaeffer; and her granddaughter, Annie Buhl. A private service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the F. Kay Mattison Madrigal Fund, in care of the Stoughton Area School District, 320 North Street, Stoughton, WI 53589.
