In Loving Memory

Keith "Jere" Wayne Herrick, age 88, passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2014. He was born December 29, 1925 in Nekoosa, son of Charles and Helen ( Linser) Herrick. Keith married Mary McCabe on February 9, 1952 in Madison.

In 1949, Keith graduated from Lawrence College, after which he became industrial relations manager for Thatcher Glass in Muscatine, Iowa. He was employed with them for 38 years. Keith was a past president of Muscatine Chamber of Commerce. Volunteer duties included being chairman of the Heart Association Drive in Muscatine and a volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity in Madison for 7 years. During World War II, Keith was in the Army Air Corp. Golfing and spending summers at his cottage in Eagle River were some of Keith's most memorable moments

He is survived by Mary his wife of 61 years; children Michael Herrick of Tipton, Iowa, Barbara ( Larry) Morrison of New London and Jane ( Joe) Fitzpatrick of Glendale, CA; grandchildren Kristopher Herrick, Amanda Morrison, Megan Fitzpatrick, Kaitlin Fitzpatrick and Devin Fitzpatrick and great- granddaughter Sofia Santos; brother-in-law Don McCabe and wife Eleanor. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Helen Herrick
