Sun Prairie- Keith Edward Muellenbach, age 51, passed away on September 14, 2024 at home in Sun Prairie Wisconsin, after a valiant fight against colon cancer. In the days leading up to his death, Keith was surrounded by family and friends who came to show their love and support.
Keith was born on May 19, 1973 to Kevin and Kathy (Neumeyer) Muellenbach and grew up in Valders, Wisconsin. On July 16, 2005 he married the love of his life and choir singing partner Ann Yeoman. They lived in Sheboygan, Wisconsin until 2019 when they moved to Sun Prairie and built their forever home. Keith was a mechanical design engineer at Generac in Jefferson, Wisconsin. He had a brilliant mind that was always thinking about how to create something, or how to solve the next equation. A constant in his life was always his love of singing and music in general. Keith sang in a children’s choir when he was little, took private voice lessons, and sang in the WSMA State Honors Choir four years in a row. He and his wife Ann met while singing in the Lakeshore Chorale in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. One of his most cherished memories and experiences was when he sang in the Concert Choir at UW Madison under the tutelage of Dr. Robert Fountain.
Keith is survived by his wife Ann; parents Kevin and Kathy; brother Brett; nephew Devin; dear family member Doralee; parents-in-law Larry and Gloria Yeoman; and brother-in-law John Yeoman. He is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a plethora of amazing friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Jerome and Virginia Neumeyer; Claude and Dorothy Muellenbach; his uncles Charles Neumeyer, Ervin Muellenbach, Donald Riesterer, Eugene Christel, Marvin Meinnert, Howard Hofschild, Richard and Robert Muellenbach; his aunts Heather Muellenbach, Suzanne Muellenbach, and Carol Christel.
