Kenneth James Kippley

Dane: Kenneth James Kippley, 65, passed away on January 13, 2025. He graduated from Waunakee High School. Ken grew up and worked for many years on the Kippley Family farm in Waunakee, and he was popular among his peers. Family hardship brought his farming days to an end. He later married Shawn and moved to Belleville where he worked at Federal Industries for 15 years. Bill Kippley played a big part in helping Ken establish his own business, Midwest Autoplex, and spent his days buying and selling vehicles from car auctions. During their time together, Ken's love for dogs brought them several rescues to give them their last best years. Ken liked the outdoors and summer weekends usually took him to local lakes with friends for boating, local festivals, and vacations to warmer destinations in the winter. Ken struggled with addiction and that is what took him away from us. He left this world knowing he was loved. Ken was proceeded in death by his parents Robert and Kathleen Kippley. He is survived by siblings; Larry (Lynnette) Kippley, Linda (Rick) Kessenich, and Bill Kippley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends and family may join us for a Mass of Christian Burial January 21, 2025 at Saint Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 5460 Mary Lake Rd. Waunakee. Visitation will be from 9:30am until 11:00am, with Mass starting at 11:00am followed by burial in the church cemetery.

Ken's struggle with his addiction is over and he can now rest in peace with the Lord.
