Kenneth Meixl

Madison - Kenneth John Meixl, age 61, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2011 at UW Hospital in Madison after a lengthy struggle with diabetes. He was born November 14, 1949 in Madison, the son of John and Marian (Anderson) Meixl. Ken graduated from Stoughton High School and went on to graduate from The University of Wisconsin Whitewater. He worked as an insurance agent for many years and had several business ventures throughout his life. He was an avid coin and stamp collector and enjoyed traveling and camping.

He is survived by his son, John (Rie) Meixl and their children Julian and Justin Meixl; a daughter, Jacqueline Meixl; his mother, Marian Ainsworth; his brothers, Neil Meixl and Bob (Sally) Ainsworth; his sisters Lynn (Joseph) Troia, Peggy (Steve) Wodke, Ann (John) Harris and Nancy Ainsworth; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and special friend Nancy Johnson.

He will be able to walk again in Heaven.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
