Deerfield- Kimberly Kae LeRoy, age 56, passed away, surrounded by her family, after a long battle with breast cancer, at her home in Deerfield, on Wednesday, March 28, 2012. She was born in Madison on December 8, 1955, a daughter of Gerry and Nancy (Anderson) Robinson. She graduated from Madison East High School in 1974. On April 26, 1975, she was united in marriage to Todd LeRoy in Madison. She owned and operated Kimmer's Cleaning Service. Kim collected cook books and enjoyed puzzles. She loved camping, especially at Camp Holiday where the loons always made her smile. Above all, Kim had a great love for animals. She is survived by her husband, Todd; daughter, Bonnita (Drew) Denson; son, Matthew LeRoy; 3 grandchildren, Amelia, Ella and Dane Denson; her mother, Nancy; and 2 brothers, Jeff (Carol Longseth) Robinson, and Mitchell Robinson. She was preceded in death by her father, Gerry.
Funeral services will be held at 11am on Monday, April 2, 2012 at Deerfield Lutheran Church, 206 S. Main St., Deerfield, with the Rev. Larry Sexe officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul's Liberty Lutheran Cemetery in Deerfield. The family will greet friends at church on Sunday, April 1st from 3:00 to 7:00pm, and again on Monday from 10:00 am until the time of service.
