Larry Chase

Sun Prairie - Larry W. Chase, age 62 passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 with his loving family by his side. He was born on June 22, 1951, the son of James and Dorothy (Sarbacker) Chase. For over 22 years, Larry was proud to have served on the Sun Prairie volunteer fire department. On October 27, 2001, Larry was united in marriage to Patricia Lynn Meyer. Larry worked for Piggly Wiggly as a produce manager for many years until his retirement in 2009. He thoroughly enjoyed camping, spending time with his family and his special hobbies and collections.

Larry is survived of his wife of 13 years; Pat Chase, his three daughters; Jennifer (BJ) Finley, Sarah Nelson and Lori (Shawn) Roth, nine grandchildren; Zachary, Brielle, Kyiah, Brady, Colton, Aaron, Aidan, Chance and Neveah, two great grandchildren; Crayola and Alex, a brother; James (Janet) Chase and his God son, Jeff Chase.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandson Justin.

Funeral services will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 11:00 am with Pastor George Kaminski officiating. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:00 am until the time of services. Graveside services will be held at a later date.
