Leonard J. Schuett

Leonard J. Schuett, age 96, passed away on Tues. Aug. 18, 2009. He was born in Elgin, Ill. on Sept. 20, 1912. Leonard served in the Army in the Pacific Campaign during WW II. Leonard was a sign writer in Madison for over 50 years and active with St. Bernard's Catholic Church on Atwood Ave. Leonard is survived by his son, John and a niece, Shirley of Elgin Ill. He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma; his brothers, Ervin and Ralph; a sister, Florence; a half brother, Richard; and a half sister, Louise. There will be a Graveside Service of Committal on Fri. Aug. 21, 2009 at 10:00 a. m. at the Verona Cemetery, 565 N. Main St., Verona, WI 53593 with Monsignor Michael Hippee presiding.
