Lilia Tagura

Lilia D. Tagura, age 78, of Sun Prairie, passed away on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the UW Health Hospital in Madison, WI.

Lilia was born on April 13, 1940 in Manito, Albay Bicol, Philippines, to the late Juana and Jose D. Dado. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Alejandro Billaro Tagura. She is survived by her brother Carlito Dado and her children Renato Tagura, Janie (Oscar) Perez, Linda (Alexander) Castillo, Andy Tagura, Carolyn Tagura, Marilu Tagura, Noel Tagura, Edna (Richmond) Rodillas, Elsa (Enrique) Tagura, 33 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

As the foundation, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends as well as making sure nobody left the house hungry. She could be found at any gathering laughing and smiling with a glass of pink Moscato in her hand. Her family was blessed to share countless happy times throughout her many years of life. Lilia will be eternally remembered as her invincible spirit lives fully in their hearts.

Visitation will be from 1:00 - 4:00 PM on Friday, December 28, 2018 at the Cress Funeral Home in Sun Prairie. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
The family wishes to thank all those who have extended their support for Lilia during her final days.
