Lois Hill

Lois H. Hill passed away peacefully on April 5, 2023. She was born in Oak Park, IL, and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she met her husband to be, Don, who preceded her in death. They raised their family first in Carpentersville, and then West Dundee. She is survived by her daughter Barbara of Sun Prairie, WI, and son Donald from Ventura, CA, as well as grandsons Jason Popp, Noah Popp and five great grandchildren.

Lois enjoyed life to the fullest, she was kind, tolerant and fair, but fierce in the defense of her ideals. That ALL men and women are created equal, was one of her undying beliefs, and she handed that conviction down to her children. She was quite skilled at bowling and golf, involved in her church, and loved in her community. She was especially fond of any four legged friends, a greater advocate of animals could not be found. She will be missed.
