Stoughton- Margaret L. Kvalheim, age 91, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011. She was born on July 10, 1920, the daughter of Oscar and Thora (Wicker) Anderson. Margaret graduated from Stoughton High School in 1939, the last class to have their graduation ceremony in the old Stoughton Playhouse. Prior to marriage she worked at Stoughton Hospital in the kitchen and at Rainfair garmet factory. On August 23, 1941 Margaret married Aron M. Kvalheim. She was very proud to have lived in the same house for 65 years. Margaret enjoyed spending time with her family, especially during holidays, and travelling with her husband. She is survived by her four children, Richard (Judy) of Madison, Sharon (Bruce) Gust of Deforest, Mark (Lynn) and Brian, both of Stoughton; nine grandchildren; one great grandson; brother, Oscar (Betty) Anderson of Stoughton; and relatives and friends. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Aron, in 1991; and brother, Howard. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at First Lutheran Church, 310 E. Washington Street, Stoughton, with Rev. Richard Halom officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery. Friends and relatives are invited to a luncheon in the church fellowship hall following the burial. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until the time of services Tuesday at church.
