Margaret Olson

Stoughton - Margaret Lucille Olson, age 94, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2017 at Nazareth Health & Rehab. She was born on August 31, 1922 in Stoughton, Wisc., the daughter of Peder and Caroline (Kalland) Weum. She married Vernon W. Olson on December 7, 1940 in Stoughton.

Margaret was a lifelong member of the Stoughton community and First Lutheran Church. She loved her family and friends so much. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by 4 daughters, Carol (Kenneth) Koscik, Melinda Schreiber, Janet Kroyer, and Susan (Thomas) Kosmicki; 2 sons, John (Lauree) Olson and Jack (Andrea) Olson; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; she is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Margaret is preceded in death by her parents; husband Vernon; 9 brothers; and son-in-laws, Peter Schreiber and John Kroyer.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday June 27, 2017 at First Lutheran Church, 310 E. Washington St., Stoughton. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of services. She will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery.

Memorials may be made out to First Lutheran Church.
