Maria Regino-Guevara

Madison:  Maria Guadalupe Regino-Guevara, age 30, passed away on November 26, 2020 in Kalamazoo, MI.  She was born February 6, 1990 in Mexico, the daughter of Ma Jesus Guevara and Jorge J. Regino.

Maria was born in Mexico and moved to Madison when she was 6 years old.  She attended Memorial High School in Madison.  Maria worked at Attic Angel Place, the YMCA, and the Princeton Club before moving to Michigan.  She was great with children, and the light in the room.  Maria had a great sense of humor, always making everyone smile.  Isaac was her whole world.  They were always together enjoying life as one.

Maria is survived by her brother, Jorge Regino; niece Jasmine Powell; Sister Amanda Regino; son Isaac Heydenrych; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, December 11, 2020 at The Cress Center, 6021 University Ave., Madison, WI 53705.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at St. Christopher Parish, St. Andrew Catholic Church, 301 N. Main Street, Verona with Father Robert Butz presiding.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
