Sun Prairie - Mariah Addison Stokes, 3 months old, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday, December 12, 2011. She was born on August 25, 2011 in Madison, the daughter of Paula Fields and Charles Stokes. Mariah is survived by her mother and father; Paula and Charles, three brothers; Omar, King and Devon, and her grandparents; Lynette and Paul Fields and Alfreta and Nate Author. Funeral services will be held at MADISON PENTCOSTAL ASSEMBLY, 5109 E. Buckeye Road, Madison on Monday, December 19, 2011 at 10:00 am. A visitation will be held at the church on Monday from 9:00 am until the time of service. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Park, Madison.
