Marie Lehman

Marie D. Lehman, age 92, passed away at home on Sunday, September 9, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born on August 8, 1920, the daughter of Frank and Alma (Sterr) Diny of Greenleaf, WI.
Marie was an avid quilter and crocheter at MATC for over 25 years. She was an active church member at St. Dennis Catholic Church in Madison. She loved to garden, especially organic. Marie was a caring mother and loving grandmother.
She is survived by sons; Jerry (Diane), Tom (Cathy), daughters; Janet (Joe) Hein, Doris Lehman, grandchildren; Lynda, Paul W., Adam, Amber, Kristina, Reese, Hannah, and Celia, brothers; Bob (Marion) Diny and Tom (Angel) Diny.
Marie is preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul, daughter Diane, and 7 siblings.
The family would like to thank the wonderful people at Agrace HospiceCare Inc., and special friends Shirley Donahue and Connie Verhalen for their care.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at 11 am at St. Dennis Catholic Church, 505 Dempsey Rd, Madison with a visitation 1 hour prior to service.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Agrace HospiceCare Inc. in Fitchburg.
