Marion Bridge, age 90, passed away on August 19, 2021 at The Villa at Middleton. She was born on May 2, 1931 in Kieler, WI, the daughter of Arthur and Verena Koenig. She married Russell Bridge on July 11, 1953 in Madison.
Marion graduated from Cuba City in 1949 and moved to Madison in 1950 with working multiple jobs which included O&V, Wisconsin Life and Central Life until retirement in 1988. She enjoyed camping, traveling, watching her children play various sports.
During retirement she loved her trips to Arizona and Texas to see her grandchildren. She enjoyed playing card games with them. Marion also loved to play euchre with the Saukdale ladies. She was an avid Badger fan and always tuned into the basketball and football games.
She was known for her quilting, crocheting, cross stitching and sewing.
Marion is survived by her children Mark (Jeanne), Ron (Cathy) and Cathy Bridge; grandchildren Tim (Katie), Ryan (Maggie), Tyler and Jake Bridge, Sam (Brandi) Hultman; great-grandchildren Emma, Conor, Andrew and Braylin Bridge, Aydian and Gavin Hultman and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Russell Bridge, her parents, grandchildren Katie Bridge and David Hultman; sisters Gladys Riege and Charlotte Setter and brother Clarence Koenig.
