Town of Dunkirk- Marion Jean Sellers died on Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009 at the Skaalen Home in Stoughton, WI after a lengthy illness.  Marion was born on March 18, 1932 in Fond du Lac the daughter of Bernard J. and June (Neumann) Coleman. She married Jerry Sellers on March 31, 1951 by Father John Egan at St. James Catholic Church in Belvidere, IL.  Besides being a homemaker, Marion worked for several years at J.C. Penney Co. and Community School District #100 at the Washington Elementary School and Belvidere Jr. High cafeteria.  Marion loved her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren and great-children. She was an avid gardener and had a natural talent for art. She was especially was fond of sketching and watercolor painting.  Friends and family will always remember Marion for her generous spirit and uplifting sense of humor.  She was a member of the ""Over 50 Floozies"" Red Hat group and enjoyed the Skaalen Home Red Hat teas held at the Friendship Circle.  Marion is survived by her husband of 58 years, Jerry J. Sellers of Dunkirk; sons, James (Marilee) Sellers of Belvidere, IL and Ted (Julie) Sellers of Duluth, MN; and daughters, Lynn (Dave) LaBuy of Poplar Grove, IL and Janet Sellers-Silva of Waianae, HI. She loved her 12 Grandchildren, Tammy LaBuy, Jerry (Brooke) LaBuy, Jennifer (Michael) Meyers, Kurt Sellers, Eileen Sellers, Natalie Sellers, Nastasia (Eric) Lopez, Christopher Sellers, Katie Sellers, Megan Sellers and Jacob Sellers and MacKenzie Kruger; and four great-grandchildren, Brittany LaBuy, Molly-Kate Meyers, Jack Meyers and Madison LaBuy.  Marion is also survived by her beloved brother James (Kay) Coleman of Rockford, MI; and sister-in-laws Merry K. Strandberg and Shirley Martin. She leaves behind many cousins, nieces and nephews and her best friend since high school Janice (Neufer) Nelson.   A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the Skaalen Home Chapel, 400 N. Morris Street, Stoughton with Rev. James Koza officiating.   Father Brian Geary will say Mass at St. James Church, 535 Caswell Street in Belvidere, IL on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 10 a.m. followed by a luncheon and celebration of her life at the Parish Center. Private burial will take place in Belvidere Cemetery.   The family would like to thank HospiceCare of Janesville for all of their care and kindness.
