Mark A. Bradley, age 64, of Waunakee passed away on Tuesday, February 11th, peacefully at home after a long battle with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. He was born June 29, 1960, in Arlington, WI, the son of Donald and Phyllis (Midthun) Bradley. He married Shirley, the love of his life, on June 1st,1996 at Dane Immanuel Church of Christ in Dane, WI.
He worked as a lead Machine Operator for over 40 years at Tekni-Plex. He was a very hard- working man. Mark was very family-oriented and would do anything for his family and friends. He had a sense of humor that made people gravitate towards him, he was quite the prankster.
When Mark wasn’t helping his kids with a school project or attending one of their sporting events, he was teaching them how to do donuts in the driveway. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going boating. He loved anything with an engine, including old classic cars and HO-scale trains. Mark enjoyed a Korbel and water-light on the water, with his mom’s famous chocolate cake. He was the biggest Packers, Badger and NASCAR fan around.
Mark is survived by Shirley, his wife of 28 years; his children, Taylor (Cross Zander) Bradley, James (his partner Amanda Puccini), Bradley and Stacy (Josh) Voights; his mother, Phyllis (Midthun) Bradley; and mother-in-law, Jeanette Ziegler; siblings, Donald (Brenda) Bradley, Lynne (John) Harmon, Cheryl Mell and Lori (Turk) Yelk; his in-laws, Randy (Sue) Ziegler, Rick (Annie) Ziegler, Reggie (his partner, Kristi Ziegler-Campbell) Ziegler and Ron (Shelly) Ziegler; along with his many nieces and nephews; and his favorite fur daughter, Marley.
