Martha Ann Hornbeck

Madison -- Martha Ann Hornbeck, age 81, passed away on Tuesday, February 2, 2010, HospiceCare Inc. in Fitchburg. She was born on June 24, 1928, the daughter of Thor and Naomi (Bogardus) Shakstad. Martha was united in marriage to Robert Hornbeck on April 30, 1960.

Martha is survived by her son, Robert Hornbeck; grandchildren, Keith Benson, Tyson, Tylon Tyron Christian; 3 great grandchildren; a sister, Jane Millette; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

Martha was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert, a daughter, Sharon, her brothers, Walter and James Shakstad and Richard Koons and a sister, Virginia Klongland.

A memorial service will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Avenue, on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
