Mary M. Manderino

Madison - Mary M. Manderino, age 84 , a lifelong Madison resident, passed away on June 30, 2011 at HospiceCare. Mary was a long time member of St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. Mary retired from working at UW Hospitals in the Radiology Dept after many years of dedicated service. Her passions included dancing and cheering on her beloved Chicago Cubs and Wisconsin Badgers. She was preceded in death by her husband Sam Manderino; her mother, Frances Esme Powers (O'Brien); father Charles Frankey; and her two brothers, Charles and John Frankey. She is survived by three children, Judy Wing (Dennis), John Manderino (Sheila) and Janet Manderino; three grandchildren, Jason Manderino, Sam Manderino and Lisa Day (Cory); and four great grandchildren and step great grandchildren, Alescia Bowen Manderino, Isaac Manderino, Anna and Emaline Lajter; along with her many cousins and friends. Visitation will be held July 5, 2011 from 10:00 to 11:00 with the service immediately following at ST. MARIA GORETTI CATHOLIC CHURCH. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery after the service. A luncheon gathering will take place at the church after the burial.
