Mary Sozanski

Madison-Mary Sozanski, age 85, passed away on Thursday, March 17, 2011 at the HospiceCare Center, Fitchburg. She was born on July 27, 1925 in El Paso, TX. She was united in marriage to Joseph Sozanski who preceded her in death. Mary is survived by her children, Patricia (Aleta) Abrams, Sun Prairie, Joseph B. (Mellie) Sozanski, CA, Gary (Bonnie) Sozanski, SC, Robert Meliorino and Rudy Meliorino both of CA; special grandchildren, Tara (Corey) Abrams and Zachary Buchanan, numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Lupe', Janie and Ennie; nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Robert, Eddie, Salvador and Manny. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cress Funeral Home, Sun Prairie, with Chaplain Val Cappozzo officiating. Friends are invited to call on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
