Michael Shane Paul

De Forest - Michael Shane Paul, age 33 of De Forest passed away, Saturday, August 9, 2008. He was born, January 16, 1975 in Tomah, the son of Michael Paul and Linda (Babcock) Morris-Paul.   Michael is survived by the two loves of his life, Danna Schroeder and their son, Michael W. Paul of De Forest; his father, Michael (Linda) Paul of De Forest; mother, Linda (Doug) Morris of Milwaukee; sister, Stacey (Mike) Pettersson of West Allis; and his four-legged side kicks, King and Champ. He is further survived by extended family members and many friends.   Michael was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Caroline and Wallace Babcock and his paternal grandparents, Arthur and Florence Paul.   Michael was all about the open road whether it was riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle or driving truck. He enjoyed keeping in close contact with all his family members especially Danna, his son Michael and his parents.   A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2008 from 12 Noon until 3 pm at Cress Funeral Service, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie. Funeral prayers will be held at 3 pm. Please come as you are--casual and Harley apparel is welcome!   In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Michael's family.
