Mick Ward

Deerfield- Mick Ward, age 56, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022 at the Rainbow Hospice Center in Johnson Creek.  He was born in Galway, Ireland on May 17, 1965, the son of Michael and Annette Ward.  Mick was an engineer turned accountant who loved motorcycles, fast cars, airplanes, books, travel, target shooting, and dachshunds. He most recently worked for Littelfuse, Inc. in Chicago as their Director of Internal Audit.  Mick is survived by his loving partner, Kelly (Smithback); parents; brother, Ray; many relatives; and friends.  Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 6, 2022 at Cress Funeral Home, 201 Bue Street, Deerfield.

Memorials may be made to the Brain Cancer Research Greatest Need Fund at UW Carbone Cancer Center in Madison.
