Nancy L. Richter

Nancy Lee Richter, age 85, passed away on Wednesday,.July 24, 2024 at UW hospital in Madison. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 29, 1938, the daughter of Arthur and Florence Barkow. She worked as a school teacher at Schenck Middle School until she retired in 1996. 

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey (Keri) Richter; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Tina and Tory; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son Jerry Richter (Darby). 

There will be a family gathering at the graveside at a later date. 

A special thank you to the nursing staff at UW hospital that cared for Nancy in her final days.
