Nancy Theresa (Sanfillippo) Wilhelm, age 85, passed away in her sleep at home on Jan. 6, 2010. Nancy was born on Dec. 28, 1924 to Salvadore and Marie (Armaro) Sanfillippo, one of 14 children. She married Dr. Carl F. Wilhelm on May 14, 1960; he preceded her in death on Oct. 11, 1966. Our darling Nancy was a very charitable and giving person, who helped family and friends throughout her lifetime. She will be remembered for her patience, her thoughtfulness, her sense of humor and her love of opera music and the movies, she liked to keep up with the stars. Nancy's warm and engaging smile and her inner peace and tranquility were contagious. She had a special talent for entertaining family and friends with delicious home cooked feasts and charming hospitality and lively conversation. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. The world will not be the same without her smiling presence and vivacious personality. Nancy was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Peter I, James and Peter II and sisters, Eva Marie and Ann Angelo. The family would like to extend a special thank you to her brother Sam Sanfillippo, the Pagenkopf  family and Cress Funeral Service. The family would also like to thank Prohealth home Care helpers, Dr. John Kelly, Dr. P. O'Malley and Reverend Fathers, Larry Heicke, Bruno Lischwe, Frank Sanfillippo and John Yockey. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Sat. Jan. 16, 2010 at 11:00 a. m. at ST. JEROME CATHOLIC CHURCH, 995 Silver Lake St. Oconomowoc. There will be a visitation from 10:00 a. m. until the time of service at the church. Kindness was her creed in everything she did, even in real estate she always left something on the table. ""I am so blessed,"" she said everyday, ""my mother raised 14 children, I could never do it."" She dealt with people from all walks of life, from Prince Rainier and Governor Warren Knowles, who was a family friend, to all others, no matter whom they were or where they came from. We are extremely grateful for having the privilege of knowing Nancy and for sharing her life.
