Norman D. Sagami

Madison: Norman Sagami, born February 2, 1942, died November 17, 2024 after a battle with prostate cancer and dementia. Norman graduated from Mazomanie High School in 1960 where he played football (nearly went to state), and baseball for the Mazo Midgets. He was in the Army from February 1965 to December 1966 in the Signal Corp. He worked for telephone companies in the Madison area and was a volunteer for the Pioneer Club. He enjoyed country music, hunting small game and deer, backgammon, and traveling around the country on vacations. He is survived by siblings, nieces, and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm Sunday, December 8, 2024 at Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, WI 53705, with military honors at 2:00 pm.
