Oscar Reyes was born in Eagle Pass, TX on November 23, 1945, a welder by trade spent most of his career working for Zalk Josephs Fabricators in Stoughton, WI.
Oscar is survived by his wife Estella Reyes of 57 years; his daughters Gloria and Diana Reyes; his sons Oscar and Gilbert Reyes; his grandchildren Isaia Ben-ami, Makayla Blackamore, Emilio Reyes, Nico Reyes, Sammy Reyes, Krystal Lucas, Paige Gartley, Linette Avila and two great grandchildren; and his sister SanJuana Arevalo; and two nephews and one niece who live in Mexico.
Oscar enjoyed spending his retirement years fishing and spending time with his dog “coco”. He most enjoyed his time with his family. Oscar was a handyman, fixing cars or doing home repairs for friends and family. He was a man without a father, but a father figure to so many.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday February 26, 2022 at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3325 E. Washington Ave. Madison. Entombment will follow the service at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon on Saturday at the funeral home.
