Patrick Raul Cantu

Patrick R. Cantu, age 57, went to rest on Sun. Sept. 28, 2008. He was born on Nov. 3, 1950 in Gary, Indiana to John and Nellie Cantu. Patrick graduated from Indiana State University in Terre Haute. Patrick was a social worker and music teacher. Music was Patrick's passion. Survivors include his father, John; brother, David; and sister, Rachael all of San Francisco California. He is also survived by his sisters, Angie and Kathleen; nephew, Jason Gonzalez, all of Madison; niece, Sasha Caron and great nephew, Jacob Caron of Missouri. Patrick was preceded in death by his mother, Nellie Cantu. There will be a visitation for Patrick on Fri. Oct. 3, 2008 from 5:00 until 8:00 p. m. at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 6021 University Ave. Madison. Funeral services will be at a later date. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Dr. Kostelyna, Dr. Wilson, the staff at ICU St. Marys and HospiceCare staff.
