Peter Stickel

Peter Stickel was born on September 3, 1951 in Kalamazoo, MI to Donald and Helen Stickel.  He grew up in Michigan.

Pete married Marcia Miller on January 13, 1973 in Lexington, KY.  During his lifetime, they lived in KY, CO, CA, AZ, MA, NY and WI.  They lived in WI since 1998, residing first in Waukesha and then in Sun Prairie.

For years, Pete worked in the electronics manufacturing industry, traveling to many countries.  His last job was with Busse in Randolph, WI, as a sales engineer.

Pete loved God and fellowship with those who also loved God wherever he lived or traveled.

Pete is survived by his wife Marcia, four children: Jonathan (Jennifer) Stickel of Golden, CO, Daniel (Amy) Stickel of Cornelia, GA, Gina (Bill) Kutz of Fitchburg, WI, Mindi (Robert) Liu of West Allis, WI, and seven grandchildren.  He is further survived by two brothers Donald (Barb) Stickel and Joe (Lauri) Stickel, and three sisters Ann Stickel, Judy (Stephen) Cronk, and Ruth (Robert) Spencer.

Visitation will be from 10-11 AM on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at Cress Funeral Home SUN PRAIRIE with a memorial service to begin at 11:00 AM.  Jason Stein and Perry Pearson will be officiating.  Lunch will be served following the funeral.
