MADISON- Philip L. Findling passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 in Door County, WI, one of his favorite vacation retreats.
Phil was born in Indianapolis, IN to Garnet L. (Jack) and Mildred (Langdon) Findling on January 13, 1948. He was the youngest and the only son. Long before his retirement from the State of Wisconsin, Phil and Yuh-Wen traveled extensively, with stops in Russia, Egypt, Italy, Thailand, Indonesia, China, Netherland, and Spain. The Big Island and Kawaii of Hawaii were their favorite destinations. Phil had many friends and liked to help others. He was kind and gentle and his unselfish nature will be missed by his friends and family.
