Quenten James Schumacher

October 16, 1990 — April 17, 2009

Quenten J. Schumacher was born October 16, 1990, and died at home unexpectedly on Friday April 17, 2009. Quenten was a senior at Sun Prairie Sr. High School. Among many friends were his ""Homies"" Lorenzo, T J , & Josh.  He enjoyed time with ""little man"" Jace.   He loved his ""lady"" Emily . Quenten's interests included Aikido and other forms of Martial Arts.   He enjoyed video games of all kinds and had many online friends. Metal Gear Solid was his favorite and he would count the days until the next edition came out.   He still thought the first one was best.   He enjoyed his AirSoft guns and the adventures he shared with his friends. He wrote in his journals often and didn't let his spelling handicap slow him down.   Texting on his cell phone was a favored form of keeping in touch.   He had a diverse taste in music and at times could be caught dancing.   He had a quiet sense of humor and a boyish innocence.   Quenten had enlisted in the Marines with plans to start his military career following graduation. He will be dearly missed by his parents Richard & JoAnn, his sister Alyssa and his brother Lorenzo.   He will also be missed by his Grandma and Grandpa Ruth & Roman Sauer and many other family and friends.   A Memorial Gathering will be held at Cress Funeral Home in Sun Prairie on April 25, 2009 from 1:00pm -- 5:00pm.   Fr. Gary Wankerl will provide the family with a renewal of faith and blessings at 1:00pm.   Quenten always enjoyed the comfort of sneakers, jeans, tee shirts and hoodies. The family would like others to dress casually for comfort for this celebration of his LIFE.     Cress Funeral Home 1310 Emerald Terrace Sun Prairie WI 53509   Memorials can be made to Quenten's Random Act of Kindness at Heritage Credit Union, 2555 Shopko Dr, Madison,   WI. 53704.
