Robert ""Bob"" Bredemus

Waunakee-Robert (Bob) Bredemus, age77 passed away on Sat May 28, 2011, after battling pancreatic cancer. Bob was born on Aug. 15, 1933 in St Paul, MN to Frank and Kathryn (Glaiser) Bredemus. He spent his childhood in St Paul, graduating from St Luke's grade school, Marshall high school, and the University of Minnesota. He served two years in the Army before joining the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as a Fish Manager and Land agent.
Survivors include his wife Kathryn ""Kappy"" and their son Tim (Ellen); two grandchildren Erin (Billy) Jessen and Robbie Bredemus; his brother Ronald (Maureen); three sisters, Sandra Johnson, Doris (John) McCabe and Mary Conney; brother and sister-in-law Bill and Karen Ek, and sister-in-law Mary Ek Jacobs along with many nieces, nephews, and special friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers-in-law Carl Conney and Bill Johnson.
A memorial service will be held on Thurs. June 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St Bernard's Catholic Church, 2015 Parmenter St. Middleton. Msgr Doug Dushack and Rev Sanctus Ibe will con-celebrate. A gathering with family will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers the family will establish a memorial at a later time.
