Robert Dalton

Robert W. Dalton, age 86, passed away peacefully in Madison, WI Saturday, December 3, 2011 following complications of a hip fracture. He was born May 29, 1925 in S. Fulton TN. He attended Vanderbilt University, Mississippi State University, and St Bernard's College. Robert is a WWII Veteran, and served from 1943-1946 on the USS Tuna of the US Navy Pacific Submarine Fleet. Following his service to his country he was employed for over 30 years by Florida Power and Light as a Mechanical Engineer and specialist for turbine blades and generators. Robert was a member of St Michaels Catholic Church in Fernandina Beach, FL. He is survived by his daughters, Melissa Anglin, Jessica Dvorak, and his grandchildren, Miram and Ian Anglin, Giselle and Angelina Dvorak, and brothers, Jim, Ted, and Don Dalton. Arrangements for a memorial service are pending for Memorial weekend 2012.
