Robert D Jackson

Robert D. Jackson passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025 at his home in Windsor of natural causes.

He was born on December 3, 1960, in Kenosha, WI to Joan (Schuit) Jackson and Charles Jackson.

He married Mary Jo (Moertl) Jackson in 1991, and they divorced in 2024. They were blessed with two children.

Robert grew up on a farm in Bristol, WI and graduated from Central High School in Kenosha. Robert was a career locksmith, carpenter, contractor and a true jack of all trades. He took great pride in the homes and businesses that he helped build. In his free time, Robert enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping, especially with his family. And he was often busy in his home workshop with woodworking or other projects.

He is survived by his son Timothy (Mariah Dhaese), daughter Elizabeth, a brother Thomas, and his former wife Mary Jo, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Robert was preceded in death by his parents Joan and Charles.

A Memorial service will be held starting at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at St John’s Catholic Church, 209 South St. Waunakee, WI.

Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services. A reception will follow at the “Lone Girl” in Waunakee. Burial will take place at a later date.
