Rodney Frederick Barelmann

MADISON- Rod F. Barelmann, age 59, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 18, 2009. He was born February 13, 1950, in Fond du Lac, WI to parents Elmer and Anita Barelmann. In 1970, he married Brenda Gilbertson and together they had two children, Todd and Melissa. Rod established and worked at Concept Productionsin Madison for 38 years. He is survived by his wife, Brenda of Madison; son, Todd (Barbara Rosser) Barelmann of Madison; daughter, Melissa Barelmann of Melbourne, FL; two grandchildren, Lola and Maizy Barelmann of Madison; brother, Stan (Judy) Barelmann of Warrens, WI; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 23, 2009, at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Sunset Memory Gardens in Madison. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to HospiceCare Foundation, Inc. or the American Diabetes Association.
