Rosemary Legg

DeForest- Rosemary Legg, 57, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, September 18, 2011. She was born in Ipswich, England on December 9, 1953 to Frederick and Phyllis Simmonds, making the world a better place. She was married to David Legg on March 21, 1981 and moved from England to Madison, WI in 1982 to start a family. Rosie's life was dedicated to her loving family. She was an amazing, devoted wife and mother. Her vibrant, beautiful, cheerful, animated spirit and cheeky sense of humor will be missed by so many of her wonderful friends at Kohl's department store where she was employed for 14 years. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, David; son, Matthew; daughter, Danielle; sister, Sandy (Rod) Wilson; brother Peter (Diane) Simmonds, and her furry children Samuel and Sebastian. She now joins her mother, father, and beloved pets Mya, Pepper, and Jessie in heaven. A celebration of her life will be held at Cress Funeral Home, Sun Prairie, WI on Saturday, September 24th at 11 a.m. with a service at 12 p.m. If you'd prefer, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation in her name to the American Cancer Society.
