Ruby Hauge

Ruby Louise Hauge 97, passed away on August 7, 2022.

Ruby was born on July 31, 1925 in Stoughton, WI. She was the daughter of Myrtle and Parker Lee.

She graduated from Stoughton High School. She went on to receive a degree in elementary education from The University of Whitewater.

Ruby taught in several rural schools before she became the librarian at Kegonsa Public School in Stoughton in 1963 before she retired in 1989.

Ruby and her husband Mike loved to dance and traveled through the Midwest totally enjoying life.

She is survived by her daughter Kris (Paul) Theiler Chickasha, Ok. her beloved grandson Nick Skaar Oregon, WI; and sister, Shirley (Al) Richardson Denver, CO.

She was preceded in death by her husband Myron “Mike” Hauge; her son, Jim Ehle; and her sister Lorraine Hawkinson.

There will be a celebration of her life at a later date.
