Ruby Revels

Ruby Lydia (Lange) Revels, age 93, passed away peacefully in her sleep, September 18, 2021. She was born May 15, 1928 in Hillsboro, Wisconsin, daughter to George and Lena (Drewe) Lange.

She was preceded in death by her parents George and Lena; her children Shirley (Revels) Sanders, David Revels; brother Albert George Lange; sisters Evelyn (Lange) Kuhlman, Eva (Lange) Fisher and her husband Argyle Revels. She is survived by her grandchildren Jeromy Sanders and Jennifer Sanders; her great-grandchildren Logan Sanders, Alexianna (Ali) Sanders. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Ruby loved to make people laugh and had an infectious smile that lit up a room. In her spare time, you could always find Ruby with a word search or coloring book at her kitchen table. She also loved gardening and her grandkids gave her great joy. Ruby was also a lover of Parakeets, aka, her chickens, which she had for many years. She also enjoyed the watching “Halloween Cupcake Wars” on the Food Network.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Sage Meadows and Agrace HospiceCare for their care of Ruby the past 19 months. The family is forever grateful.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the grandchildren for a charity donation to established later.
