Rupinder K. Sandhu, age 80, passed away on February 23, 2025 at her home. She was a beloved daughter (Sardar Sucha Singh Sarpanch and Dalbir Kaur) and sister of four brothers. She is survived by her two brothers Sardar Kulwant Singh and Sardar Kuljit Singh, her two children, Gurmeet and Golden, son-in-law Andrew and grandchildren Simrin, Isaiah and Thomas.
Their zeal for travel lead her and her late husband Avtar S. Sandhu first through India, then Zambia and then finally to United States.
She remained deeply connected to her family in Amritsar, visiting annually, building deep ties with her large extend family including cousins, nieces, nephews and more.
She readily established friendships that endured over decades and continents. She loved spending time with friends and family. She will be missed by all the lives she touched.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, February 27, 2025 at the Cress Center, 6021 University Ave., Madison, WI, 53705.
