Ruth V. Wang

February 17, 1926 — February 6, 2009

MADISON- Ruth V. Wang, age 82, passed away Friday, February 6, 2009, at the HospiceCare Center.   Ruth was born February 17, 1926, in Blanchardville. But most of all Ruth loved her family and special friends.   Ruth is survived by her daughter, Sherrie (Pete) Schad of Madison; two grandsons: Andrew and Eric Schad of Madison; brother, Hank (Margie) Anderson of Argyle; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Wang; brothers Glen and Lester Anderson; sisters Charlene Ethridge and Doris Zentner.   A visitation will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2009, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 3610 Speedway Road, Madison.   A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 9, 2009, at BETHEL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 312 Wisconsin Avenue, Madison, with a visitation starting at 10:00 AM at the church. Burial will be at Adams Lutheran Cemetery in Argyle, WI.    Memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church, the HospiceCare Foundation, Inc., or Olbrich Botanical Gardens.   Mom & Dad, The day you opened up your heart and home to me, we have been a family.   You must have seen something in me, for you loved and nurtured me into the person I am today.   We have had so many good times since Andrew and Eric were born, loving and teaching them to be great guys, and also Packer and Cub fans.   But most of all, the unconditional love you have always had for each other was amazing.   You have always put your family and friends first.   Our hearts are broken with sadness.   Until you open your heart and home to us again, we will love and miss you.   God Bless You.   Cress Funeral & Cremation Service
