Sally Jensen

Sun Prairie - Sally Ann Jensen, age 80, passed away on January 13, 2014 at Highlands House in Sun Prairie. Sally was born on February 22, 1933 in Racine, WI, the daughter of Frank and Justine Smith. Sally was united in marriage to Glenn Jensen on August 15, 1956 in Racine, WI.

Sally was a long standing member of St. Albert the Great Catholic Church in Sun Prairie and worked for many years at the M&I Bank in Sun Prairie as a bank teller.

After retirement, Sally enjoyed playing golf and traveling with her husband. She also enjoyed playing cards with her friends and worked as a volunteer at St. Mary's Hospital.

Sally is survived by her three sons; Thomas (Pam) Jensen of Washington, Mark (Vicki) Jensen of Fond du Lac and Matthew (Elizabeth) Jensen of Milwaukee and many nieces and nephews.

Sally was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Glenn in 2011; a sister, Elaine and a brother, Frank Jr.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: St. Albert the Great Catholic Church, 2420 St. Albert the Great Dr., Sun Prairie, WI 53590 and Agrace HospiceCare, 5395 E. Cheryl Parkway, Madison, WI 53711.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. ALBERT THE GREAT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2420 Saint Albert the Great Drive, Sun Prairie on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 11:00 am with Monsignor Terrence Connors presiding. A visitation will also be held at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the time of Mass.
