Savannah Van Horn

Savannah Grace Van Horn, age 23, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away on Monday, August 2nd 2021 and went to heaven where we know she is being loved and cared for. She was born in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida on April 26, 1998. Savannah graduated from Sun Prairie High School, WI in 2016. Savannah is survived by her parents, Kent and Michele (Mia) Van Horn of Sun Prairie, WI, her sister, Aspen Van Horn, and grandparents Jim and Sher Eustice all of Morganton, GA - as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

As a girl, Savannah had many passions including soccer, dancing, singing, and a strong love for nature. As she became a young woman, she continued to dance her way through life to music festivals, friends’ days on the beach and chasing the sun on her longboard. She was a free spirit, had a fierce heart, and a kind soul. Memories of her and the light she brought into the world will live on in her family and the multitude of friends she brought together.

A memorial service will be held at Comfort Suites, 5025 Co Hwy V, DeForest, WI 53532 on Tuesday August 24, 2021.  A visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM with the celebration service at 11:00 AM. We request that lavender or blue be worn to celebrate Savannah’s love of color.
