Seraphine G. "Sally" Endres, joined her loving husband, Al, on Friday,
August 16, 2013 at the age of 92. She was born on June 16, 1921 in Roxbury,
Wisconsin, the daughter of John J. and Clara (Roos) Breunig. She was united in
marriage to Aloysius "Babe" Endres on June 15, 1944 at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Sauk City, Wisconsin. They met on the dance floor at the Springfield Corners dance hall. Many remember Sally cooking and serving meals to the children at St. John�s parochial school in Waunakee or cleaning and later volunteering at the Waunakee Manor Nursing Home. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends, reading, shopping and going out to eat. Survivors include her children: a son, Stan (Helen) Endres of Lodi; two daughters, Sharon (Howard) Uecker of Oconomowoc and Sandy (Ed) Cox of Waukesha; six grandchildren: Lisa (Jay) Wendorf, Ryan (Mindi) Endres, John (Andrea) Uecker, David Uecker, Heather (Tim) Parnau, and Holly Cox; five great grandchildren: Jaris, Savannah, Roxanna and Mira Parnau, and Benjamin Uecker; six sister-in-laws: Tharsilla (Joe) Breunig of Sauk City, Lily (Ed) Acker of Waunakee, Sr. Marie Endres and Sr. Rebecca Endres of Fond du Lac, Barbara (Matt) Endres of Mount Horeb and Dorothy (Eugene) Finley of Waunakee and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters: Florentina (Anton) Ballweg, Emma (Florian) Ballweg, and Frances (Leonard) Schroeder; two brothers: Leonard (Evelyn) Breunig and Joseph (Tharsilla) Breunig. Visitation will be at St. John�s Catholic Church, 209 South St., Waunakee, Wisconsin on Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2013 at the church with Monsignor James Gunn officiating. Visitation will also be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. The family would like to thank the staff at the Waunakee Manor Nursing Home and St. Jude Hospice for the care and compassion shown to their mother.
