Shannon Schroeder

Madison - Shannon Colleen Schroeder, age 44, died peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2015 at a local hospital. She was born on April 14, 1970, the daughter of Donald P. and Constine A. (McIntyre) Schroeder, Sr. in Madison. She graduated from East High School and later Madison Media Institute. She was employed for the last 17 years at MetaStar and enjoyed a trip to Ireland with some dear ladies there. Her love for Jesus brought her to be baptized through Door Creek Church at Goodman Pool in Madison.

She is survived by her two brothers, Don (Kathi) Schroeder, Jr; sons Seamus and Devon, and Shaun (Debbie) Schroeder; son Van, all of Marshall, WI. She is survived by her beloved aunts, Alice (Uncle Jerry) Kindschi of Prairie du Sac, Ruth Falk of Baraboo, and Joyce McIntyre of Fairfield, WI. She enjoyed many happy meals, visits, and cat stories with her special cousin Apryl Schroeder. Also her two mischievous cats Olives and Suzie miss her company. She is preceded in death by her parents, infant brother James, and grandparents, Paul and Martha Schroeder and Ed and Alice McIntyre.

Family and friends may call at the Cress Funeral Home, 3325 E. Washington Ave. from 10 am until 11:00 am on Monday, March 23, 2015. Graveside services will be held at noon at the Fairfield Cemetery, Fairfield Township in Sauk County, WI.
