Sharon Denise Bunch was called home to Jesus on her birthday, Friday, October 29, 2021. She was born in Chicago, IL. to the late David G. Holder and Eva Mae Bunch.

Sharon graduated from Harrison High School, Class of ’80. She attended the University of Illinois, obtaining her bachelor’s degree and worked as an administrator for architectural and law firms.

Sharon enjoyed walks through neighborhoods and parks, reading, including the Bible, scary movies, and music as her second love aside Jesus.

A loving daughter and sister, Sharon sacrificed herself to support anyone in need.

She will be dearly missed by her brothers, Darryl (April Gipson-Bunch) Bunch, and Lisco (Crystal Ann) Bunch, and David Holder III; sister, Diane Holder; nieces and nephews, Andrew L Mcqueen, III, Andrea Mae, Amanda Barbara, Alexzandrea Denise, Cashmere Bunch, Kathy Jo Bunch, Christopher, Sylvester, Leon Bunch, Jacon and Anthony Turks, Yakema, Tamara and Fallon Jones, Lisa Nicholson and Shirley Fields; first cousins, Thomas Patton, Pearl Williams, Carolyn J. Davis, Larry Davis, Margaret Womack, Patricia Robertson, Michael Davis, Denise Johnson, and Melvin Davis; and a host of extended family and friends.

Sharon was preceded in death by her father and mother; sisters, Barbara Ann Bunch, Catherine Bunch, and Martha Holder; and brother, Smookie Bunch; aunt and uncle, Willie and Katherine Davis; and cousins, Yudora Parker, James Davis, Margret Pearson and Calvin Davis.

Home Going services will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at Noon, led by the Rev. Carolyn J. Davis. A visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens, Madison.
