Shirlene K. Barlett

Sun Prairie-Shirlene K. Bartlett, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, April 13^th at the UW Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Leo Bartlett and three children, Bradley Bartlett, Theresa Baltz, and Benjamin Bartlett; four brothers, one sister and five grandchildren. Visitation will be at the Cress Funeral Home in Sun Prairie on Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. with a service being held at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research, 122 South Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 60603.
