Silvana Hughes

Silvana Maria Hughes (Lovey), 86, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2021.  For those reading this and knew Silvana know she lived life to the fullest and beyond. A beautiful Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother (GiGi). She emigrated from Italy with her first husband and later adopted her 2 girls, Michele and Lisa.  We are her pride and soul as she reminded us daily.  She worked tirelessly being a caretaker to many.  It was her calling to care for the sick.  Outside of work she lived it up including her travels to Vegas where she was in her happy place.  She is going to be deeply missed by Michele Baumel (Mike), Lisa Steinke (Chuck), Christopher Duke, Justin Zurbuchen (Sam, Kodah).  She was preceded in death by her adopted parents, Bernie and Pat Ballard.  Silvana lived it up to its fullest through the good times and bad.
