Sylvia is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Perez; brothers, Rodolfo Perez, Rick Perez, Ray Perez; and sisters, Rose P. Ortiz, and Rita Perez. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rayes and Augustina Perez, and a brother, Robert Perez.
